Agreement

By booking sessions with Newcastle Coding Tutors, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

We provide:

1:1 tutoring in programming and computer science

Group tutoring sessions

Structured learning programs (e.g., AI Engineer Track)

Services are educational in nature. We teach concepts and skills but do not guarantee specific outcomes like grades or job placements.

Sessions must be paid for before they occur

Payments are processed through Stripe

Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)

Session packs have validity periods (see pricing page)

See our Cancellation & Refunds policy for full details. In brief:

Cancel 24+ hours before: full refund/credit

Cancel under 24 hours: 50% forfeited

No-show: full session forfeited

We help you learn and complete your own work. We do NOT:

Write assignments or code for you

Provide solutions you can submit as your own

Help with academic dishonesty

You are responsible for your institution's academic integrity policies. If you submit work as your own, you must be able to explain it.

Code you write remains yours

Teaching materials I create remain mine (but you can use your notes)

Don't record sessions without permission

Don't redistribute or resell teaching content

We provide educational services to the best of our ability but:

Cannot guarantee grades, pass rates, or employment outcomes

Are not liable for how you apply what you learn

Are not responsible for technical issues with your equipment

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services.

Sessions are professional and educational. Inappropriate behaviour will result in termination of services without refund.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
