Do session packs expire?
Yes, 5-session packs are valid for 3 months and 10-session packs for 6 months from purchase. This ensures you maintain momentum. If you have exceptional circumstances, reach out and we can discuss extensions.
Do you offer refunds?
Individual sessions can be cancelled with 24+ hours notice for a full refund. Packs are non-refundable but transferable (you can gift unused sessions). We handle emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
Can I mix subjects within a pack?
Absolutely! Your sessions can cover any subjects I teach. Many students use packs for their primary subject plus occasional help with others.
Is there a discount for multiple students?
Yes, families with multiple students get 10% off total when purchasing packs together. Contact me directly to arrange this.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Bank transfer available for packs. Payment is required before sessions begin.
