Cancellation & Refunds

24+ hours notice: Full refund or credit to your account. Your choice.

Under 24 hours notice: 50% of the session fee is forfeited. 50% credit available.

No-show (no notice): Full session fee is forfeited. No credit.

Cancel by:

Include your session date/time. Cancellation is confirmed when I respond.

24+ hours notice: Reschedule to any available time at no cost.

Under 24 hours: One-time reschedule allowed with valid reason. Additional late reschedules treated as late cancellation.

Unused sessions: Non-refundable after purchase but can be used until expiry.

Expired sessions: Cannot be refunded or extended except in exceptional circumstances (medical, emergency).

Transferable: You can transfer unused sessions to another person if needed.

Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime. No refund for current month, but billing stops for future months.

Cohort programs: Full payment required upfront. Refundable within 14 days if you haven't attended sessions. After that, pro-rata refund based on sessions used.

Life happens. Medical emergencies, family issues, and genuine unexpected situations are handled individually. Contact me as soon as possible and we'll work something out.

If I need to cancel:

Your equipment fails: Session continues with remaining time. If no session possible, treated as late cancellation unless rescheduled promptly.

My equipment/connection fails: Session rescheduled at no cost, or partial refund for time lost.

Refunds processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method. Credits available for future sessions.
